  • What is the difference between “Just Metal” and “Beer and Metal” Tickets?
    “Just Metal” tickets —> Entry Ticket (All Ages) This ticket is if you are (either) not 21+ or you do not want to sample the beers that are showcased at the event. *1f 21+ you can still purchase alcoholic beverages from the venue and at Arches Brewing, which is on site. “Metal and Beer” tickets —> Entry and Souvenir Fest Cup for endless sampling of beer (21+Only) This ticket means you're 21+ AND you want to sample the beers showcased at the event. This ticket gives you a free festival souvenir cup which you use for your endless samplings of beer at the event. DO NOT LOSE YOUR FEST CUP. It is how you sample beers. With this ticket you get = endless tastings!!!
  • What do I get with a VIP ticket?
    A VIP ticket (21+) only gives you: *Limited amount of VIP tickets available Exclusive VIP tent with snacks/water Exclusive meet and greet with bands. Exclusive access to air-conditioned restroom trailers BB&B fest bag, coozie, and coasters VIP lanyard and VIP arm band 11 x 17 festival poster (can be used for signing at meet and greet) Fest cup for tasting beers (endless cup)
  • What is your refund policy? Can I transfer my ticket(s)?
    100% refund if event is cancelled. No refund on tickets, but tickets can be transferred. To transfer your ticket(s) go to this link https://www.eventbrite.com/help/en-us/articles/431834/how-to-transfer-tickets-to-someone-else/
  • Can I buy tickets at the door on the day of the event?
    Yes. Absolutely! Online sales will be closed when the fest starts, but you can buy tickets at the door. We accept cash or credit card.
  • What is your re-entry policy?
    Re-entry is allowed, but you have to be wearing your festival wristband that you are given at check in. If you lose the wrist band, you will not be allowed back into the venue. We suggest not leaving the venue unless really needed.
  • What is the time and location of the event?
    The event is held at Atlanta Utility Works in East Point, GA. 2903 RN Martin St. East Point, Ga 30344 The event is from 3-11pm
  • Can I bring people under 21?
    Yes! This is an all ages event. 21+ to drink alcohol. Kids 5 and under are free.
  • How do I get to the venue?
    1. Use a Rideshare (Uber, Lyft) 2. Marta Train - Go to East Point Marta Station, walk .3 of a mile to N. Martin St. 3. Drive - Parking is LIMITED, so other modes are your best bet. If you want to drive, there are free parking areas within a short walking distance. See “Where do I park” in the question box below.
  • Where can I park?
    We recommend using Uber/Lyfts or Marta Train, especially if you are drinking the tasty beers at the fest. 1st Option (preferred, East Point Marta Station Parking lot). It is (FREE) to park at this lot for 24 hours. It is a .3 mile walk from there to the venue. 2nd Option, empty church parking. (FREE) - Located at 2967 Holcomb Ct ., East Point, Ga As a 3rd and last option , there are a few parking lots (FREE) in John D. Milner Athletic Complex Park, across and down the street from Atlanta Utility Works on N Martin St. and also Holcomb Ct. There are city sports games here so parking is limited so this is only as a last option.
  • I am coming from out of town. Where should I stay?
    There are a variety of hotels near the Atlanta airport, which is a close distance to the venue. You can also search for hotels in East Point and College Park. The venue is in East Point.
  • What are the Set Times for 2025?
  • Can I bring a backpack?
    No, we don’t allow anything larger than a small purse. Drawstring backpacks are ok. Small camera bags are ok. *Subject to be searched.
  • Can I bring a photography camera?
    Yes. We encourage you to take photographs at our event! Professional photo cameras allowed. Small camera bag is allowed.
  • Can I bring outside food or beverages?
    No. There will be food trucks and other food options on site, water and other drinks, and we have lots of beer!
  • Can I bring a knife or a gun into the venue?
    No. No knives, guns, or other weapon related items can’t be brought into the venue
  • Can I bring pets?
    No. This site is not open to pets. There are also goats onsite, and we do not want them to be disturbed.
  • Can I meet any of the bands?
    Only if you are 21+ and purchase a VIP ticket. The VIP ticket lets you have a meet and greet with the bands. *Limited amount of VIP tickets available.
  • Is the venue Handicap Accessible?
    Yes. The venue is ADA certified.
  • I have a health condition and need to have my medications on me at the event. Can I bring them into the venue?
    Yes. We absolutely don’t want anyone to have a bad experience.
  • Is there an EMT on site?
    Yes there is a EMT area.
  • Is there a lost and found?
    Yes. The lost and found area will be at the check in area/front door where you got into the venue.
  • Can I be a sponsor of the event?
    Yes. There is a sponsor application page on our website.
  • Can I be a volunteer at the festival?
    Yes! There is a volunteer application page on our website. Volunteering gets you free entry for the whole event! Must be 21+ and Must work at least a half day. Volunteers can buy a festival souvenir beer sampling cup for a discount at $10. We are always looking for beer pourers, floaters, helping hands, etc.
  • Can I vend my art/food/misc at the event?
    Yes. There is a vendor application page on our website.
